Public rights of way are not roadside pavements
A public right of way can be:
a footpath
a public bridleway over open countryside
pathways and ginnels in and around towns
To report an issue with a pavement, please use the 'Potholes or damaged pavements' form.
Before you start, you will need to tell us:
where the problem is (for example: 'outside No.10 Church Road' not just 'Church Road')
details of the problem
