Let us know using this form. Reporting these issues helps us keep roads and pavements safe for everyone. 

Reporting a dangerous issue

If you think the pothole or road damage is an immediate risk: please contact us on our customer services line 0345 8 506 506. This is a 24-hour service. 

Before you start, you will need to tell us:

• street name and area
• the location on the street (Is the issue near a house or a road junction?)
• details of the damage
• your name and contact number
• if reporting an incident of damage caused to a vehicle or the road: the date and time the damage occurred (if known)  
• who is responsible for the damage, or their vehicle registration (if known)
• what needs to be installed or repaired
