Request grass cutting and weed control

Need some help with overgrown grass or weeds in your area? Use this form to request grass cutting or weed control.

Keeping our community spaces tidy makes them safer and more enjoyable for everyone.

Before you start, things you need to know:

• we do not cut grass on privately owned land (this is the responsibility of the landowner)

• if the land belongs to Vico Homes (formerly WDH), please call 0345 8 507 507 (24 hours), or report the issue directly at a hub.

We will make sure the road is cleared of grass cuttings on the same day as it is cut. If the cuttings are not cleared that day, please let us know.
Before you start, you will need to tell us:

• the exact location that requires the grass cutting / weed control

• if you are requesting a grass cutting: How recently the grass was cut?

Please note: when making a request anonymously (without logging in to MyAccount), we will not be able to give you any further updates on how we action your request going forward.
