Please note that you must arrange your first collection through your GP, this form can only be used to request further collections. If you have not arranged an initial collection through your GP we will not be able to process your request. You can only request a Sharps bin collection for your own address, associated with your account, and not an alternative address.
Sharps bins are used for disposing of hypodermic needles. Needles with pre-dispensed medication inside can be taken if they are empty. We cannot collect medicines as we are not licensed to carry them. Please take unwanted or out of date medicines to your local pharmacy.
To complete the booking you will need to tell us:
- How many bins need to be collected and delivered
- Where you will leave the bin
On the day of collection or exchange, the sharps bin must be locked and placed outside before 7am.
