You can use this form to arrange the safe collection of your sharps bin.
Before you start, things you need to know:
- your doctor needs to complete a referral form for us to be able to collect
(please allow 2 working days for your referral to be processed before booking a collection)
- if you have not arranged the first collection through your GP, we will not be able to process your request
- needles with pre-filled medication inside can only be taken if they are empty
- we cannot collect medicines as we are not licensed to carry them (please take unwanted or out of date medicines to your local pharmacy)
Collections can only be requested for the address registered with your account.
Before you start, you will need to tell us:
- how many bins that should be collected and delivered
- where you will leave
On the day of collection or exchange, the sharps bin must be locked and placed outside before 7am.
