If you think that someone is misusing a Blue Badge, please report it using this form.
It is a criminal offence for non-disabled people to use a blue badge. They can be fined up to £1,000.
It is also a criminal offence to drive a car that is displaying a Blue Badge without the badge holder in the vehicle.
Before you start, you will need to tell us:
- the name on the blue badge
- the blue badge's serial number
- the name of the person misusing the badge
- the location of the vehicle
- the vehicle registration
- the time of day the vehicle can be found there
