Reporting an emergency

To report a dangerous missing gully or manhole cover, or a dangerously damaged cover, please call 0345 8 506 506 now.

Our 24-hour phone service will deal with these cases immediately.  

Please do not report emergency cases through MyAccount. This will delay getting the team to the location.

Before you start, you will need to tell us:

• where the problem is
• if the problem is with a manhole or a gully
• the size and shape of the manhole or gully

Please note: when reporting an issue anonymously (without logging in to MyAccount), we will not be able to give you any updates on how we resolve the issue going forward.
