Reporting accidents in the last 12 hours
If the accident has taken place in the last 12 hours, please call the contact centre on 0345 8 506 056 as a matter of urgency instead of filling in this form.
Before you start, you will need to tell us:
- the location and details of the accident
- when the accident occurred
- how the traffic light was damaged
- the police log number (if known)
- if the accident happened in the last 12 hours
Please note: when reporting an issue anonymously (without logging in to MyAccount), we will not be able to give you any updates on how we resolve the issue going forward.
