MyAccount services temporarily unavailable
Due to scheduled maintenance, our MyAccount service will be unavailable today from 5pm to 8pm. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. If you need to contact our Customer Services team in this time, please do so by calling 0345 8 506 506.

If you find a stray dog you can contact us and our dog wardens will collect the dog (if it is from a known location) and, where possible, the dog will be returned to its owner.

Please note: if you think the stray dog is a potential risk or danger, please fill out a Dangerous Dog form.

Before you start, you will need to tell us:

  • The exact location location of the dog (when you last saw it)
  • A description of the dog (such as it's breed, size, colour, age etc.)
  • The dog's current location and, if the dog is on your property, what you would like to happen next regarding the dog
