If you find a stray dog you can contact us and our dog wardens will collect the dog (if it is from a known location) and, where possible, the dog will be returned to its owner.
Please note: if you think the stray dog is a potential risk or danger, please fill out a Dangerous Dog form.
Before you start, you will need to tell us:
- The exact location location of the dog (when you last saw it)
- A description of the dog (such as it's breed, size, colour, age etc.)
- The dog's current location and, if the dog is on your property, what you would like to happen next regarding the dog
