My Account website unavailable
My Account website will be unavailable for 24 hours from 5pm on Wednesday 22 January while we update the system. You can still contact Customer Services by phone on 0345 8 506 506 or email customerservices@wakefield.gov.uk for any urgent issues.

All bins should be placed out for collection by 7am on your collection day.


If your bin is not placed out for collection by 7am the crew will not return to empty the bin.
