If the fault with the traffic lights or signals is urgent (as listed below) please ring our contact centre on 0345 8 506 056
  • Lights are stuck on red
  • Lights are off altogether
  • More than one red lamp is out
  • A signal head is twisted, loose, or damaged
  • A signal head, pole, or other equipment has been hit or damaged

Before you start, you will need to tell us:

  • What the fault with the traffic light/signal is along with any details
  • If the issue is recurring or always present
