We are not taking new pest control bookings right now because demand is very high. If you already have an appointment, it will go ahead as planned. We are sorry for any inconvenience and thank you for your patience. We will let you know as soon as pest control bookings are open again.

If you’ve noticed an area that needs a litter bin, a litter bin emptied, or a litter bin moved please fill in this form.

If you are requesting a new litter bin

We will need to look at the area and do an environmental impact assessment to see if the area needs a new litter bin.

Before you start, you will need to tell us:

  • the exact location of the bin in question

  • if the bin needs emptying, moving, or if we need to add a litter bin

If you make a request anonymously without signing in to MyAccount, we will not be able to provide updates on your request.
