We are not taking new pest control bookings right now because demand is very high. If you already have an appointment, it will go ahead as planned. We are sorry for any inconvenience and thank you for your patience. We will let you know as soon as pest control bookings are open again.

Fly-tipping harms our public spaces and the environment. It is also a health and safety risk.

By completing this form, you are playing a vital role in addressing the fly-tipping issue.

Before you start, things you need to know:

We will not be able to remove any fly-tipping from privately owned land. It is the responsibility of the landowner to remove it. Details of the fly-tipping on private land can be passed on to our enforcement team to be investigated. 

Fly-tipping on land owned by Vico Homes (formerly WDH) needs to be reported to them directly for removal.

This can be done by either submitting a ‘contact us’ form on their website: Antisocial behaviour (ASB) | Vico Homes or calling 0345 8 507 507 (24 hours), reporting the issue directly at a hub.
