Report a flood or drainage issue

Early start to bin collections - Tuesday 7 - Friday 10
Due to the hot weather, bin collections will start at 6am from 7 - 10 July.  Please make sure to put your bin out the night before or by 6am. Thank you for your support.

If you’ve noticed flooding or a drainage problem in your area, please let us know by filling out this form.   

Your report helps us solve issues to keep our community safe.  

Before you start, things you need to know: 

  • if your report is about sewage or an overflowing gulley, contact Yorkshire Water. The gulley might be linked to their sewer system

Before you start, you will need to tell us: 

  • the exact location of the flooding or drainage issue 
  • the type of issue (such as a flooding highway, property, damaged gully, etc.) 
  • the details of your issue
