We are not taking new pest control bookings right now because demand is very high. If you already have an appointment, it will go ahead as planned. We are sorry for any inconvenience and thank you for your patience. We will let you know as soon as pest control bookings are open again.

Please use this form to update your address. You will need to do this in order to continue using services and forms that need your address to be entered.

Your new address needs to be in the Wakefield area for you to continue using MyAccount services.

You will need to tell us:

  • your new address

  • the date you moved in

  • any services you would like to inform of this change

  • the details of any occupants under the age of 18 (if applicable)
