Please note that you must arrange your first collection through your GP, this form can only be used to request further collections. If you have not arranged an initial collection through your GP we will not be able to process your request.
Sharps bins are used for getting rid of hypodermic needles. When arranging a collection or exchange, the sharps bin must be locked and placed outside. It must be outside before 7am.
Needles with pre-dispensed medication inside can be taken if they are empty.
We can't collect medicines. We are not licensed to carry them. Take unwanted or out of date medicines to your local pharmacy.
Before you start, you will need to tell us:
- How many bins need to be collected or delivered
- Where you will leave the bin
- The name of your GP surgery
