Please note that you must arrange your first collection through your GP, this form can only be used to request further collections. If you have not arranged an initial collection through your GP we will not be able to process your request.
Medical waste bags are used for disposing of items such as soiled bandages, dressings, and incontinence pads. The bag must be tied securely and not weigh more than 11 kilograms.
To complete the booking you will need to tell us:
- How many bags need to be collected and delivered
- Where you will leave the bags
On the day of collection or exchange, the bags must be tied and placed at the collection point before 7am.
