MyAccount services temporarily unavailable
Due to scheduled maintenance, our MyAccount service will be unavailable today from 5pm to 8pm. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. If you need to contact our Customer Services team in this time, please do so by calling 0345 8 506 506.

Please note:

Medical waste bags are used for getting rid of items like soiled bandages, dressings, and incontinence pads.

The bag must be tied securely and not too heavy - one person should be able to lift it and the bag should take the weight of its contents.

If you haven't used this service before you need to contact a healthcare professional, such as a GP or district nurse, and they will arrange your first collection.

Before you start, you will need to tell us:
  • What time you put the bags out
  • How many bags need to be collected/delivered
  • The exact location of where the bags need to be collected from/delivered to
