Temporary hold on new pest control bookings

We are not taking new pest control bookings right now because demand is very high. If you already have an appointment, it will go ahead as planned. We are sorry for any inconvenience and thank you for your patience. We will let you know as soon as pest control bookings are open again.

You can use this form to arrange the safe collection of clinical or medical waste.

Medical waste bags can be used to dispose of:

soiled bandages
dressings
incontinence pads

Before you start, things you need to know:

your doctor needs to complete a referral form for us to be able to collect
(please allow 2 working days for your referral to be processed before booking a collection)
if you have not arranged the first collection through your GP, we will not be able to process your request
your medical waste bag must be tied securely
your medical waste bag must not weigh more than 11 kilograms

Before you start, you will need to tell us:

how many bags that should be collected and delivered
where you will leave the bag

On the day of collection or exchange, the bags must be tied and placed at the collection point before 7am.
